Ballack on a free, easily. Although his 130k a week wages might disagree.

Bias perhaps, but Bellamy for £6,000,000 - provided Rafa keeps him out of trouble - is a snip. Unlike Ballack, he is a signing we actually needed.
Valencia on loan is a good one too.

I think Charlton have picked up some good players at quality prices in all the areas they really needed to improve.

I'm really surprised that you've mentioned a Liverpool player.

Ballack on a free i think is very good and might prove the best, but then again he is on 125k a week and that adds up to a transfer fee in its own right.
Gonzalez and Bellamy are both very good deals for £4m and £6m. Rosicky £4m is great buisness as is Denny Landzaat signing for Wigan for £2m.
Call me biased but i think Trabelsi on a free could be a very good deal IMO, as could Isaksson £2m. He is only 25 and has a lot of experiance, i just hope he can push on and become a top class keeper.

Duff for £5million
Dabo for free
Trabelsi for free
Kalou (undisclosed - but estimates put this surprising low ie below £5million, including him here might be wrong since the fee is only a guess)

Surely being a Liverpool fan allows me a slight biased towards Liverpool, no? Gonzalez cost us £4000,000 I believe, and he's a bloody good player.Kimbo wrote:Crouching Tiger wrote:It was last year, but...

I would never say Ballack though, with his £10,000,000 signing on fee, and massive wages

I didnt mention Dabo or Hamann cos i didnt want to go on and on about City.
BUT Dabo was brilliant on saturday Vs Porto, he just sat in the holding role like Makelele. I think he could be a very good buy, i was just dissapointed he didnt take free kicks or corners Barton shouldnt be allowed near them.
Oh yeah get ready for a 35 yard screamer fromdabo at some point during the season....its coming just mark my words.
