But you booed him even we he played for you! you even said so yourself - that it was because you all thought he was only getting into the team because of the family links and you used to chant that when he played

Ok reasons why we boo Lampard
1)He left slagging off the club and the fans
2)He said it's a shame he couldn't score the goal to relegate us
3)At the end of a match that Chelsea win he comes up to our fans to taunt us...
4)He slags the fans and the club off at every oppurtunity he gets
5)He makes up lies about us cheering his broken leg....

Basically he's a cunt...I couldn't care if he won us the league single handedly...the way he slags the fans and club off merits boos I think!
Deano, what do you meaning by saying this phrase?
anyway, Lampard outplays Gerrad heads and shoulders.

He was about 18 then...and getting in the team before more experienced players...so of course...what other reason would explain someone has been playing all season to be dropped for an 18 year old?

After he started to sow what he could do..the fans started to take to him. You can't listen to anything that arrogant twat says!

    @Cking...slagging off means...saying bad things..

    No its informal....
Chelsea played £12m for Lampard...which is evidence that when people say Lamapard was average at West Ham and Chelsea turned him into a fantastic player is a myth...

You wouldn't pay £12m for average...

12m pounds is a bit luxurious, but it speaks volumes fot that the manager of the Chelsea at that time was so farsighted. so who was he?

You also have to take into account the market conditions then, prices were incredibily inflated, Veron,Figo,Zidane,Ferdinand,Buffon and many many more all going for obscene amounts of money, this affected the lower tiers of purchases.

£12m today would go further than the early 00's in the Football transfer market.

By grammer fairy , he means that you keep correcting grammatical mistakes.
I think he is saying insane drivel , meaning windups with no sense.

He isnt calling your posts drivel , he is saying that when we use drivel or slangs we dont really use proper grammar and as you dont know about them you keep asking about them.

You can ask whatever you want , we dont have a problem with it (not me atleast).

woahhhh im glad cking didnt take offense cause i meant none... i didnt know he was learning english... i just thought he was being facetious (theres one for you to look up in the dictionary king).

also very few people use grammer correctly, certainly on message boards etc (im guilty too). its not a big deal as long as what is written is understood.

Bilal: there is a big difference in the meanings of inane and insane. Wink

cking: although after looking at some of my spelling you may not believe it, but i am a writer and of late ive been reading books on grammer (so my first book is purged of mistakes) so if you ever need any help just ask!

he gave a live phone interview to a Brazilian channel yesterday. he said he'd like to stay in west ham. and then, after a few years, come back to Corinthians.

he also said he went away beacuse of our coach, who's a fascist cunt who hate argentines.

he said he would never play for a Brazilian or Argentine club other than Boca and Corinthians, that he loves those clubs and their fans.
