Funnily enough, on the occasions that I was banned and created duplicate accounts, Cooper banned and deleted them immediately - but all of a sudden the mods aren't up to the job

And if you were banned for longer than 3 days, you'd just log in under a new account, as lrd has done/will do.

I don't want lrd back anymore than you all. He deleted my account because I'd had run-ins with him in the past. But look at it this way... If we don't let him come back, he'll just create another account and post under that. There's no way we can stop him, like we can't stop anyone from doing this (as Glenn will tell you).
It's much easier to just let him have one account and post from that. It should cause less aggravation, and I'm sure if you thought about it you'd actually prefer him to have 1 account rather than 100 accounts, creating another one every day.
