As I said earlier, he was just waiting for a big stage to show his talent. In the group stages and last 16 he just thought I am too good for this, I will play@10% and let my team mates score the goals, when it comes to the big games, I will bother playing.

actually, I think the whole CL format has to be rethought urgently

3 teams from ONE country in the Semis destroys the competition (they can be from England, Italy, Spain, Germany...: it does not matter)

the global interest in the competition just tails off horribly

ie, also the last Rooney goal, which was actually well taken

my problem with the CL Semis this year is that I positively don't want ANY of the teams to lift the Cup

Valencia, Roma, Bayern, Porto or PSV would have been fine, but not those 4 BILLIONAIRES

The audience for tonights game would have been huge. I am slightly biased but that was the best CL semi final in years, seriously it was a great match. We may go out in Milan, but united definitely entertain the neutrals.

I read Pirlo's matchreport; and he was VERY critical of Milan's performance

Pirlo and Puro are two of the three most knowledgable football experts on here
