Thanks m8 That sounded awsome at the game - i wanted to join in but didnt know the words and would have been somewhat 'ungentlemanly' conduct too. Sounded great tho.

Shame they would only ever get to all play with each other on a computer game.
Mate i would'nt be so sure.
Manchester seems like a nice place - buildings etc.. the town centre looks rather nice - very US type of look. The Trafford Centre is the biggest shopping mall i have ever been to and then ofcourse there the wonderful OT.
But the city is let down by its retarded people. They are like some backwards hicksville lot....oh dear. They are loud, rude, poor, vile, ill-mannered and filthy. Yet they seem to be packing up all the many bars and restaurants!
Filth.
We spent one night - and had a meal at the 'curry mile' Winslow Rd or Wensly Rd they call it. Even the Asians are like animals there. Behaving like absolte 3rd class brutes.
Sports clothes, loud cars driven too fast and just generally being ignorant citizens. I was sick to my stomach of the disgusting people.
Plus whilst we were eating at a restaurant - some youth started fighting - first the girls (white, fat, young, ugly)
...and what ethnic group are you from son ?

erm wtf
I was there and there is simply no way that's true. Liverpool away support was not very impressive at all in terms of noise.
EDIT: This season for example Watford, Reading, Fulham certainly all made more noise.

Liverpool support was $h!t. Bremen and Levski both made more noise.
Our support that night was actually pretty loud.

This is what some Liverpool fans don't understand, EVERY FUCKING TEAM has a great atmosphere on a big European night, even Arsenal.
I can already see the Liverpool fans going out on Tuesday and then bragging that there support was what mattered.

not the press
not mourinho 2 years ago who praised us to the high heavens
not john terry earlier in the week
jesus even neville said earlier in the season it was the most intimidating atmosphere to play in
I do agree though that united can sometimes get close to our level on the odd european night

They produce stats each year on crowd noise levels and I can tell you that neither Liverpool nor Utd were anywhere near the top.
The top 3 were Portsmouth, Reading and Sheffield Utd.

Not sure it works like that parky - they're support is superb. Utd and Liverpool probably have about 1/3 of the crowd that don't make ANY noise

No $h!t, you only have to see the italian posters on here to realise that an Italian would rather shoot his Mum in the face than give credit to an EPL player over a Serie A player
No, a lover of football appreciates the game whether it is a player in Sweden or Hong Kong.
We watch two different leagues, two different opinions form. For both are like sex with a gorgeous women, why pick one, when you can have a threesome.

Well, I've said many times that Kaka is the best player on the planet , though Ronaldo has been better than him this season.
I've also said before that Toni would rip up the EPL.
I did however get a bit irritated by the whole 'Roma is full of top class players that are better than Man Utd's' bullshit that seemed to be flying around.
Especially the Totti>>Ronaldo stuff
The whole Roma thing was really annoying, some even suggested that Mancini was better than Ronaldo and Roma CB better than Rio/Vidic. 7 goals later, the comparissons stopped and to be fair they were alot more respectful, when the Milan game came around.
I quite like Italian football, but the Seri A fans caused me to criticise it.
PS Ronaldinho is still the best player in the world, Ronaldo and Kaka maybe grabbing the headlines at the moment, but he light years ahead both.
ur english is so profound? whats this?

You said Liverpool outsung Chelsea which they 100% most certainly did not. Maybe it sounded like they did on TV, but being in the ground is always a more reliable measure of who is actually making more noise. Liverpool away support has never impressed me in fact. You act like this is some kind of ridiculous statement.
The flags are good
BTW yes the atmosphere will be better in Liverpool, this is for a number of reasons - not least because 2nd legs always generate more noise.

we are banned from having banners, that's why they give out the flags as they are properly fireproofed and comply with council regulations.
