It is not an option for the club. If we put Benitez and the 11 Liverpool players out there last night, the badge and shirt colour would have made them lose the match. That is not the club's identity and to suddenly change the mental approach has caused this defeat, along with many other factors this season.

i think that is also partly why cappello has had such a hard time making us defensive. even with some good defending players it just seems unnormal. we are doing better now but i dont see us ever being as thight as juve in organisation. one of the most important things that has changed from barcas play is that they no longer pres other teams with the front 3. this is imo where they were best but for some reason or another they just dont pres as well anymore.
