Yes I'm sure Howard will be able to get 30 goals in 36 starts in the Prem Rolling Eyes

He scored 14 the year after so hardly a one season wonder.

Mears will be sold by us anyway...so if Derby give us the £1m we paid for him they can have him.

Peschisolido won't be playing as a first team striker anyway...

    Henderson>>>Howard? Laugh

Sunderland will be hyped up stupidly this season. Despite the fact they go down on 20 points or less every fucking time, people seem to think they'll come and do brilliant.

    Sunderland,Wigan and Birmingham down ok

It is nice to see Derby back in the Premiership, as a club I prefer them to West Brom, but it is awful that they have this team! Without Barnes they are another Watford for sure.

    Howard > Henderson though TS...!!!

I think the main candidates for going down are
    Fulham
    Wigan
Middlesbrough if they sell Yak and Viduka

and the promoted teams the difference is Birmingham and Sunderland will spend but dont think Derby will.

Derby have loads of money and the entire summer im sure they can buy a couple of strikers. Sunderland might have a number of strikers but none are proven at Premiership level given that Yorke plays in the midfield. Stokes has potential but the rest are mainly suited to the Championship.

Stokes proved with Falkirk that he can score at the top level.

Sorry mate but there is a bit of a difference between the Scotish Prem and the English prem so i wouldnt say he is proven at the top level by any means. Also, although Sunderland have Quinn, Derby also have good backing and their chairman will invest, Derby have spent something like £4/5m in the last year so its pure speculation that Sunderland have more money than Derby.

Without wanting to re-open an age-old debate, he scored a hat-trick against Celtic and they must be at least as good as Spurs.
