Fucking hell, amazing game. Shame for Southampton but i do think Derby after finishing 3rd deserve their place at wembley. Billy Davies has done a great job and they have a team that wilth the righ buys could survive in the Prem.

With Burley in charge i have no doubt Southampton will be challenging for promotion next season.

Is it safe to say it's Derby against West Brom? Or Wolverhampton can get the away result?

The thing is - player for player WBA are so much better than everyone in that division (and I include Sunderland and Birmingham in that) that they could hammer Derby in the final if they click.

WBA could do any team in that league 5-0 on their day - true story.

God only knows how they didn't get automatic promotion with that squad and they're not quite in the final yet.

    You're kidding me ?

He was $h!t tonight and is only as good as his service whereas Phillips can always bang one in from 20-25 yards and Ellington can come up with a bit of skill to turn the game.

Steve Howard is a 31 year old battering ram who has had a 1/2 decent season at Derby with I think about 17 goals in 48 games now - he's nothing special and if Derby go up, they will quickly learn that he is not a premiership standard striker

By the way if WBA get promoted they will set a record as it will be the first time that 3 teams have been relegated from the Prem and then all promoted the following season.

Saga has said that he will stay on which is fantastic, and i think he'll be the top scorer in the c/ship next season 10 goals in 10 games is awsome

as for Bale, well, its pretty much up to him, so who knows.

The thing that held us back this season was the fact that so many of our players were new and so our players didn't really have a chance to gel together, at the start of the season the team was unrecognisable.

I seriously expect a top-2 finish next season although i'd settle for play-offs, anything less than comfortably making the play-offs and i'd be calling for burley's head because talent for talent, i believe that us and West Brom are the two most talented teams in this league.
