Exciting young fullback, playing for portugal in the U21s... looks promising, great left foot. Dunno much else.
Watch out for him in the play-off against Italy this thursday.

All jokes aside, I think he is, but I also think you guys will really go for Tevez. Galliani pretty much said that the arrival of Eto'o is going to be very difficult, so he went for Suazo as an alternative (what a racist!).
I think our management has something else up their sleeve. I think we will sign 3-4 players this summer.
I think Sheva will probably come back now, and we will get rid of Borriello. Gila won't move; I don't think Oli would either.
Sheva, Suazo, Inzaghi, Gila and Ronaldo would make a great strikeforce.

I read somewhere that some of the senior Milan players like Maldini, Gattuso etc.. are against Sheva returning as they feel he jumped ship.

Not sure how serious they are about signing Eto'o or Thiery Henry

Re: Top European Clubs - Transfer Tracker!
If someone sneaks us on this one, I'll be more pissed than Mancio!!!
(apparently Mancio is furious at Branca for sxcrewing up the Suazo transfer, a player Mancio really really wanted!!)
Chivu all set for Inter
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Roma defender Cristian Chivu is expected to join Inter after the clubs reportedly found an agreement over David Pizarro’s co-ownership.
After losing David Suazo to Milan, the Nerazzurri also seemed in danger of missing out on the Giallorossi stopper after negotiations for the Chilean had stalled. Pizarro, who moved to the Stadio Olimpico last summer, made no secret of the fact that he wanted to stay in Rome and the remaining part of his contract was meant to be used in part-exchange for Chivu.
The clubs had initially failed to find an agreement and there was the threat of a blind auction – where both sides would put an offer into a sealed envelope with the highest bidder getting their man. However, a meeting between Inter transfer market consultant Lele Oriali and Roma sporting director Daniele Pradè, as well as a phone call between Massimo Moratti and Rosella Sensi, has seen a compromise reached.
The Giallorossi have agreed to pay £4.2m for the former Udinese playmaker who will now remain at the disposal of boss Luciano Spalletti. As for Chivu, he will join Inter for £8.4m in return for a five-year contract and half of that fee will be reinvested by the capital giants to secure the services of Bayer Leverkusen star Juan.

I think certain posters hyping of him had gone to some of the posters heads
If you ran the poll again post-Man Utd mauling, I expect he'd only ge thalf the votes
Combination of agendas + him being injured i'm guessing - he still managed 10 goals in 17 games - not bad for a player having a 'bad' season

Incredibly dissapointed Roma are selling him. Provided they strengthened with maybe 3 or so signings they would have had a team who I think next season or the season after would have been the best team in Europe.

He was the one laughing when people said Rossi could be a good player and rated him behind Lupoli.
Now he's Rossi's biggest fan.

I'm guessing that I named two and then struggled deciding on the third
I do admire Chivu - its always good to see defenders that are technically astute - having watched him being dismanted by utd though, I wouldn't say he's world class

Agendas parky.
I only hype Rossi because if fits in with my agendas on so many levels.
On the face of things, I think they're about equal and its a disgrace that Lupoli wasn't in the Italian Under 21 squad - he is the most naturally gifted finisher that Italy have at that level by a long long long long way
