Gota love Ruud. Sheer class and its just amazing to see him winning over Madrid fans. The same fans that Ronaldo could not win even after scoring 23 goals in his first season.

It's good sportsmanship from you but I can't accept the congratulations right now. Crazier things have happened if Madrid were to lose out next week. A draw could already kill us, given that even if Barca don't capitalize (which is unlikely), Sevilla certainly could.

Personally I'm scared of the tactics Capello will employ next week. I hope he realizes that the doble pivote is useless and we always get into trouble with it. I also hope that we really go for the kill against Mallorca. Anything but a 2 goal lead is unacceptable.

The most persistent team has won, or at least, is close to winning. Credit to Capello who has turned himself from villain to almost a hero.

im still for it. i know this is a bad time to be negative but if the defensive master cant get our team to look somewhat good defensive then he has kind of flopped. i mean we havent solved our football problems but we have gotten our spirit back which is maybe the most important thing.and even a title cant hide the obivous flaws we have in both the defensive department and the offensive department. but a title win will defo give us time to work on all those things.

I agree, there is still work to be done next week. The good thing is Diarra will be absent so at worst I think Capello would play Gago and Emerson. We really need to play Higuain too.

But will Capello do the obvious and bench Raul? Somehow I doubt it. We'd really miss out on his defensive contributions Erm

Higuain gives so much more life to the attack. Raul has come up with big goals in big games this season but his play still just is not there. If Higuain's finishing were just a bit better everyone would be calling for him to play.

It's crazy how Higuain always seems to do EVERYTHING right except finishing. I'm sure his finishing improve a lot though. He just needs to calm down a bit more while he shoots.

And personally, I don't think those goals Raul scored justify how Cr@p he's been in so many games. In the end, the league is decided by playing 38 games, not just a few.

Raul's presence is also detrimental to Ruud's game. He needs a quicker, more mobile player to create space for him.

Sorry, but don't let this run of wins fool you. You've been winning thanks to Beckham, van Nistelrooy, and team spirit. Not some collection of world class players. Just look at the first 3 and consider their contributions/general play to your season this season and the last two. And I mean consistently, not Raul's 3 goals in big matches and invisibleness the rest of the time.

Madrid still haven't done a proper clearout of the squad.

f@ck Robben. That guy's made of glass. I hope he signs his contract with Chelsea soon or otherwise I'm pretty sure we will get him. He's incredibly talented, but the last thing we need is another player who gets injured every 2 months. We already got rid of el gordo and Woodgate. No reason to restart the trend.
