Schuster gave an interview recently which I would say guarantees he won't go to Barca. Among other things, he said that in Barcelona there is "madriditis" and he really flipped out at the Barca players for their press conference. Also, Schuster really likes Getafe so I don't think he would mind staying there for 1 or 2 more seasons and taking over Capello until then.
If we win the league, I think that Capello will stay. The Del Bosque scenario will scare Calderon into keeping Capello.
