Aye, I think its fair to say the competition doesnt need an International Break. Only ajx needs one.

Kevin Hofland has been supporting a seal sanctuary in the North of the Netherlands for years. Every year he is allowed to name 1 seal. In previous years he named them after familymembers, but this year he baptised one "Feyenoord"

Feyenoord wil komende tien jaar tenminste drie keer kampioen worden!!

Feyenoord heeft de interne sportieve doelstellingen volgens Voetbal International fors opgeschroefd. De club heeft deze nog niet uitgesproken, maar volgens VI wil Feyenoord in tien seizoenen tenminste drie keer kampioen worden en structureel gaan deelnemen aan de Champions League.

Let's start with winning the league this season.

Imo key for the future will be to make our new stadium as big as possible (and extendable). I like the figure of 70,000 capacity, hope it will be near that. Would give us a major advantage financially over Ajax & PSV.

By the way they're going to build appartments in de Kuip once we have our new stadium... But unlike Highbury De Kuip will not be demolished (not allowed anyway it's a world architecture heritage monument), but part of the structure. Looking forward to the plans.

Hmmm...So we are gonna have two stadiums close to eachother? I hope new stadium will be a good one..it should be a real football stadium. Not those fancy concrete/glass Cr@p like that new Barca stadium.

Real stadiums are made of steel! But that would be too expensive these days!

It will be a real football stadium (won't be fancy either, typical Rotterdam minimalistic design). The most popular idea among the fans (and the board) is something similar to de Kuip but with one more tier/level.

Radio Rijnmond meldt dat de nieuwe directeur van Feyenoord, Eric Gudde, zondagmiddag tussen 17.00 en 18.00 uitgebreid aan het woord komt op Radio Rijnmond.
In een lang gesprek zal de 53-jarige inwoner van Maassluis nader voorgesteld worden. In het interview stelt hij zich nader voor, vertelt hij over de honderden reacties op zijn aanstelling, blikt hij vooruit op de toekomst van Feyenoord en praat hij over het nieuwe stadion dat er binnen tien jaar moet komen.

In het interview wordt o.a. verteld dat Chris Woerts(commercieel manager van Feyenoord) praat over minimaal 70.000, maar zelfs denkt aan 100.000 en dat nog te kunnen vullen ook. Het stadion krijgt ook een schuifdak dat volledig open kan. Het wordt ook een heel groot sportpark met een ijsbaan en nog een sporthal.

Voor 1 december 2007 moet Feyenoord de capaciteit voor het nieuwe stadion opgeven aan de gemeente Rotterdam.

Well I dunno about 100.000 its a bit much in my eyes. But then again Barcelona have the same thing. And imo de Kuip should be made the greatest stadium in the world again!! But 70000 should be a minimum!!

Would also be nessecary if we want to host a EC/WC in the future!!

Anything above 70,000 is fine with me. If we get a 100,000 seater I'll be drunk for a week. Agree with Woerts, we can fill it.

This aint ridiculous at all. Besides people declared Feyenoord mental when they build a 66000 stadium in 1937.. Our stadium only got smaller over the years...while the population increased.

And if we compare it with AZ it makes sense, last year they had that old stadium with 8000. Now their new stadium hold 16000...and they want to turn that into a 40000 or even a 60000 seater stadium!!

Add to that that we play way better then AZ...so the football fans will come to us instead

The bigger the better. Every additional seat means more turnover. This will give us far more money than 020.

Anything above 70,000 means we'll make shitloads of money on concerts and other events.

Well the most important thing about a new stadium is that we own it by ourselves. We rent de Kuip...

Yep, though if I understand the reorganisation (pro + amateur section + stadium will be one again) correctly De Kuip is ours too in 2008. So we'll benefit from new developments there too (there are plans for redevelopment without demolishing it, appartments, etc).

The stadium being a seperate legal entity finally had a positive effect: it speeded up the plans for De Kuip 2.0

Btw its been done before, loads of Feyenoord "fans" once went on a party boat that went to Amsterdam to surprise the ajax fans there.

Gosh you're fast, still have to do it for me and the kids. Already paid 30 euros for my FSV membership, so I'll only have to pay another 10. Kids are 20 each because they're already Kameraadjes. Wonder if they are allowed to vote too.

Sunday is Kameraadjes day at Varkenoord, will be great all those little smurfs in Feyenoord kits. They've got a nice Freestyle footy demonstration by Soccershowdown (with a.o. Feyenoorder Touzani). Looking forward to that myself, these guys are so freaking good they make the likes of Messi, Ronaldo & van Persie look clumsy

Well this is one time for me, I mean it's their fault they spend the money they get on a wrong way. If they sign Kollka and give him 400k a year...that's their problem!!

I mean we pay already shitloads to them!! But I believe and hope somethings really changed now...so I expect that the future signings will make sense!! And its for a good cause!

Hope we get a vote in that too...if so..Kuyt will be back again next year
