Fucking Arsenal!! Its always them!! So predictable...same as with DeGuzman in a few years...

'Arsenal toont intresse in Nuri Sahin'

Would be bad if they left it's too early for them both. Both will be Arsenal quality in a few years for sure.

Where did you get that news from?

So do I. Don't like Arsenal taking a Feyenoord player either. Would be the same for the other way around , but that will only happen once we have our new stadium.

This is one of the biggest problems in Football today , which pisses me off so much. Sahin should stay at Feyenoord and help them become no1 , why did Drenthe leave because of *money*. No way he was ready for the move. Ajax is suffering from players leaving too early , unless this problem is addressed clubs will die.

I know, but with Drenthe this was a once in a lifetime chance. Madrid wont come twice. But with Arsenal its a different case, they have more brains then the other EPL teams. They know what the real talents are and buy them for an apple and an egg!!

The main problem is these kind of players used to leave when they were 25. Now they go much earlier. Think FIFA/UEFA should act against stealing kids. We lost a talented 15 year old for nothing to Chelski, they robbed PSV of one too.

It's also better for the players. Playing some seasons witha Dutch topclub is much better than playing for the Reserves of a club from a bigger league.

I've said it before its down to the players to show some loyalty and 'common sense' , you need to develop you wont get many games at the 'Big' clubs you move to (i.e. Drenthe) even if you have bucket-loads of talent. As i have mentioned before Goossens + Sarpong (two Ajax players) were tempted to move to Chelsea but decided their immediate future is at Ajax so they can develop as a player. I think players should have role models like Seedorf (even if his time was different) develop young = great future .. more or less.

Financial problems could be another problem. If you have the money you can hold onto these players but i think the League has to get stronger as a whole , if you cant churn out these players every 5 years you have no chance as a club.

    Landskampioen in '99

For the non-Dutchies. A women gave here entire inheritance of 30.000 Euro's to Feyenoord after she died!

    How sweet!!!

By the way yesterday after just 4 minutes Slory scored for the the Reserves, who still have won all matches. Al least they'll be back at the highest level next season.

Yeah I think she deserves one...kinda lame if you think about it. That's the money she got over a lifetime...most players earn that in a week!!! So unfair.

Anyway, you heard it about De Guzman? He is gonna apply for a Dutch pasport!

And I really dont think it's because he wants to play for Oranje...but this way he can go faster to England!!

Good news on De Guzman. Think it's a knive that cuts both ways for him. He realises that he will not have a chance to win anything with Canada & it will (on marginally) increase his chances on a (better) deal with an English club.

Good news for Feyenoord too. He still has 3 years of contract left, at the moment we can ask anything we want for him.

Well I wish we could hold the players for a longer time, but I know that is impossible. But would really be gutted to see De Guzman go...he needs to be more constant for a transfer to the rich clubs.

Hope its Arsenal for you..you dont have to change your name again. But I have a feeling its the scum of Chelsea.

Yep, yhanx, if the rumours are true I could be Luigi Bruins come January. Am pretty sure we will ask a Midget-like transferfee for him, wonder how much Chelski want to pay.

If he stays (hope he does for 1 1/2 season, so we can make some money when we sell him), it's great for us; if he goes we'll have money to get an additional striker and 1-2 extra wingers. Like with Drenthe leaving, I don't think Guzzie leaving will harm us that much:

    ----------Sahin------Gio--------
    Slory--------Bruins------signing
    -------------Makaay-------------

will probabaly be a stronger line-up than we already have.

Drenthe leaving made sure, Luigi got a spot in the starting 11, hope De Guzman leaving will mean Luigi will move more central. Hofs did better than expected so far this season, but imo the best player should play central.

    ----

On Guzzie's consistency, think he's played very well this season so far, like his first season (last season he was a shade of what he can be). Still takes it too easy sometimes, he needs more willpower & focus. Think he will realise that when he arrives at a bigger club. Anyway I'm dead sure -bar injuries- he will make it at a big club. It was the same with Van Persie, these guys are so talented, they can easily adapt to a higher level.

Right, the international Cr@p is finally over time to return to the real stuff!

Exactly the two new stadiums I really don't like Erm

But still we have to get a new one, especially if we want to host a WC or an Olympics again!

What I don't like about the Emirates is that corporate/sponsor tier all around the stadium 'cutting the fans in half'. Don't like the outside of the Allianz Arena, but the inside seems pretty good, close to the pitch, etc.

My guess is they just mention two new stadiums. It will be a Rotterdam stadium, De Kuip with an additional tier. Hope like with the old Kuip they give the job to architects from Rotterdam. Rem Koolhaas / OMA would build a great 'minimalistic' design Kuip just designed for the best spectator-experience.

    Can't wait for more details...

There is a design in De Telegraaf today...and it looks like that UFO from Amsterdam Sad

It won't look like the Old Kuip for sure, steal is rarely used as a builidng material so expect much more concrete...all stadiums are copy's these days.

I'm against a minimalistic design though, since 2000 Rotterdam finally started to rebuild the city...after 60 years Laughing So if we are going to build our own UFO...lets make sure it will be the best!!

Pranjic would be a great signing. Unfortuately he has a contract until 2012 & Heerenveen know he's good.

On the design If Koolhaas would be allowed to design it would be the most beautifaul stadium ever, ridiculing all ufo's.

This is something (new Chinese state tv head office) he did in China:
