So our left side is sorted now with De Cler & Drenthe.

Now he has to compete with Leonard to fight for the LB position... Cool

So that confirms Gio is staying. Esp. since they're saying Sylvinho is being sold to Roma as part of the Chivu deal.

Well ofcourse this is disgracefull but what more can you say about it? I don't want to go in cheap digs at Feyenoord on this because it sure is a minority. It doesn't help the club and their reputation though.

It's bad for the club indeed & it is a minority like you say. Just wondered if the people involved are the same ones who do the usual Schiedam v Vlaardingen fights.

Just kidding, investment funds. Rich people 'donate' money to buy players if they get sold they get part of the profit (and their money returned & the club earns a little too).

Hope we get something like (much bigger of course) the Utrecht fan home (behind the Bunnik Side) in our new stadium (behind the new Curva Nord). Had never seen any images of it, but found it in this crappy English doc on footy hooliganism.

Those lil ajax c**ts were funny though, guys are 25 at most and talk like they were in Beverwijk....and that was 10 years ago Laugh ok

And then that Utrecht c**t...I hate Feyenoord-fans, they have long hair.....that bloke standing next to him had long hair as well. Made me Laugh

Yep and we hate 020 because they're richer in 020 Very Happy I've a season ticket for 33 years and I heard a lot of reasons for hating 020, but never that one.

The best thing is that Ajax numptie telling "If you touch my friend I'll kill you". Just before he said he was close to Picornie when it happened. Seems he'd forgotten it that moment & has never backed up his 'threat' ever since.

Danny Dyer can be funny, but this doc is mainly exaggerations, errors, 1 side of the story & poor research.

Takeover offer turned down by Feyenoord

Dutch Feyenoord have turned down a EUR 50 million takeover bid for the club.

Interim financial manager Peter Vogelzang said he believed the club had much more value than what was offered. He values the club in the EUR 150-200 million range.

"Perhaps they had the impression that there was no way out for us," Vogelzang said. "They (the investors) wanted return and control. Our strategy is that Feyenoord remains a club of the people, without a dominant shareholder."

Vogelzang declined to name the prospective buyers.

Great signings for Feyenoord. I think Gravesen would be a good foil for Gio in midfield. Gio sits back orchestrating play and maintaining shape, while Gravesen rumbles forward taking out defenders and causing mayhem!

Plus, Celtic want rid of him and he would probably settle well in Rotterdam. He would only cost £1.5m or a little more.
