As long as we are supporting them, then yes.
Remember Deano, one rule for the G14, another rule for the rest of you plebs

So you take Mascherano, then back a club who broke the rules too. Interesting...I can see why hate for Liverpool appears frequently...

I am winding you up, Deano, and you are biting big time.
Yes we took Mascherano - why not? but it took us weeks to be sure that the paperwork was all in order before the deal was completed. The FA praised us for the open way we'd dealt with them, I believe.
I would rather have WHU in the Prem than Sheffield, no question. But your attitude is getting tiresome, not to mention your desire to blame Liverpool for everything. The fact is that selling Mascherano helped you guys no end as it avoided further investigation of your initial signing - an no-one else but us was in the market for him. You then hijacked our deal for Lucas Neill. Then when we bid quite legitimately for one of your players you spit the dummy and accuse us of trying to unsettle him.

Be worried Deano. The football authorities always cave into Liverpool. Remember them getting into the CL despite finishing 5th and being allowed to sign Mascherano by ignoring the rule about players only being allowed to play for 2 clubs in a season.

Us winning the champions league and finishing 5th only brought to attention the stupidity of not allowing the holders back into the competition, if you have gone all the way and win the cup you should be allowed to defend it whether you finish 5th, 7th or 20th in the league.
And Mascherano was allowed to come because of his relatively little involvment in West Ham and the fact that his career would of been in danger had he stayed at the Hammers.

Yes that's exactly what the whole of Liverpool are doing, jesus, Parry was asked to the meeting to give his side of the story on the signing of Mascherano, I doubt he went 'I support Sheffield United, I think West Ham should be relegated' of course he fucking didn't, stop trying to create enemies

He is giving evidence on behalf of Sheffield United to help them avoid relegation. How much clearer can it be?

What evidence? how could he know how West ham signed Teves? he doesn't have a fucking clue, the media love to spin things Deano, we are a 'mystery club, defending S. United' bollocks, Parry was probably asked to give his view on the saga and gave the for arguement of it for Sheffield United, it's a two way thing, if you ask most Liverpool fans who they would rather see in the Premiership next season it would be West Ham because United have a cuntish manager.

What behaviour
I'm sure if this was your club you wouldn't be in the happiest of moods either. I just would like to know why he is giving evidence on behalf of Sheff Utd.

End of the day I think we have bigger fish to fry then getting a club relegated, it's nothing to do with us, it's between yourselves and Sheffield United, and obviously they wont re-instate Sheffield United, it just wont happen so it;s all a load of bollocks anyway

Deano - I don't know whether Parry could just choose to not give evidence or not, I don't understand the powers the tribunal has.
But even if he has chosen to give evidence, it doesn't mean that he wants you to be relegated - maybe he just feels he needs to tell the truth. I know plenty of people who I get on with OK but if they were on trial I would give evidence - and I would tell the truth. If it was my best mate I'd lie through my teeth if necessary but that's another story.

Well if Parry has been called by Sheffield then you'd assume his evidence was favourable to them.

We really want Tevez. Hopefully relegating you will increase our chances
Don't worry though, you won't be relegated...Especially now Sheffield have broken a similar rule themselves.

From the BBC story:
'Liverpool chief executive Rick Parry appeared at the arbitration tribunal on Monday.
He first drew attention to the rule breaches when Liverpool signed Mascherano from West Ham in the January transfer window.
Questioned as to whether Parry's appearance as a witness was due to Liverpool's signing of Javier Mascherano from West Ham, McCabe added: "Not particularly. Rick is an experienced football guy. He's a good witness."'
So it looks like he's been called because we pointed out the alleged irregularities at the point of signing Mascherano because we wanted to make sure we wouldn't get in trouble later on. Having done that Parry's an obvious person for Sheffield to call as a witness, doesn't necessarily mean he's got a particular wish to see West Ham relegated.

He's clearly been called by Sheffield to tell his part of the story because it's integral to the whole narrative. I doubt he's saying that the Hammers should be relegated and that Sheffield are justified.

16 Premiership clubs backed West Ham when asked by the Premier League and said no further action should be taken.
Sheffield United, Fulham and Wigan were the 3 pushing for more action.
