In a ideal world we would have made nearly all our signigns during the next few weeks, and had a good pre season, allowed the new coach/exisiting one to get to known the players work on the tactics etc.

31st July friendly against Hannover.

1st August to the 5th of August tournament in Moscow.

7th till the 9th of August Teresa Herrera tournament

12th August 1st leg of the Spanish Super cup

14th till the 16th of August Ramon de Carranza tournament

18th August return leg of the Spanish Super cup

26th August Liga starts.

The dates are not yet official and the date of the Trofeo Santigao Bernabeu hasn't been decided yet.

That's a really early start for the league...so did they cancel the friendly with LA Galaxy?

dont you mean august or something? i cant remember la liga ever starting this early and i doubt it will this year.

I was just looking at the schedule...it must be August 26...according to the schedule above, preseason would have started four days ago!

Haha definitely...I bet all summer long a deal for Maxi will be close, then all of a sudden you will somehow pull off a last minute deal for Cassano while we are still dithering over Maxi's deal.
