so you're saying there's a lack of depth in german talent and having to resort to using lower league players, right? Smiley
I have no clue what's he's trying to say. Eiether something about experimenting or 'testing' and the fact that they need to pillage the second division for squad players.

Must be that endless conveyor belt.

Definitely Shearer. He thought defensive midfielders were only invented about 5 years ago.

B team or not, you simply can't make mistakes in the defence like that. Romania leading 1:0 after a set piece.

What are the predictions for the England game? Do people think we will win? I think we might just sneak it, but it will probably be a close game. I'll go for 1-0

    -----------

I had a free ticket for this game but had to turn it down.

Course not! Even I'm not that stupid. I have to hand in my dissertation tomorrow, and at the time of the offer (yesterday morning) I still had quite a bit still to do. I've virtually finished it now, but I couldn't afford to risk taking the time off unfortunately.

I think Russia have been very poor so far. No discipline, no formation, toothless, poor passing, no build up, losing the ball too quick, $h!t defending and very poor keeper.

England have been lucky there - it was a handball but a very harsh one: it wasn't intentional and his hands were against his side. Very harsh and very fortunate for England.

Some great passing move by us, should have made more out of it.

    Germany vs. Romania 1:1 HT

Our defence / defensive midfield in particular had a bad match so far, and looked vulnerable. But we created quite a few chances at least.
