What do you think a great GK i.e Casillas would do in that kind of situation?

Casillas certainly would have saved it unlike that ex Atleti sillyprick BUT more than anything I was chuckling at his misfortune. He got the last touch before the ball went onto Evans and into the net. Nothing is going his way, even if it is not necessarily his fault.

What I found odd is how he kept one hand on the post - he was too afraid of leaving a gap a la Almunia, so he needed the hand there to make sure he was positioned correctly. Not necessarily linked to the goal, though perhaps if he was a bit freer to move he could have got more of his foot to deflect the ball.

Either way, it's a clear sign of inexperience, and also a little bit lack of technique. Not his fault though, you'd expect things like that at his age, the mistake is Ferguson forcing him into the no. 1 role as the goalkeeper of a top club, where you can't afford such things.

Yeah and I think seeing it on replay again it wasn't so far away that he couldn't have made a dive and caught the ball but he does not have the confidence to go for it at the moment. Like you say, hand on the post is not the way to play the position. But he was probably scared to be beat at the near post too. Just no confidence in him any which way you look at it.

Fucking Howard Webb! Why didn't you call one more PK???

The commentators were bemused at his refereeing by the way, making jokes about all the PK's given to the Luciferian club. WTF was Webb worrying about???

EVERYONE knows the utter chicanery and corruption from the EPL helping its designated Luciferian team.

Oh Webb didn't call one more PK so as the world doesn't think he gifted the Satanists the win??? Fuck you Howard Webb!!! The WORLD KNOWS already! Just listen to the commentators from Fox Deportes, FFS!

Hahaha that 2nd penalty was laughable, but I knew Howard Webb would give a pen as soon as it happened.

3 - 3 is a good result for Liverpool but it leaves a bitter taste in the mouth when you know deep down how corrupt the league is in Uniteds favor,Webb should't be allowed to referee any United games.

United where disgusting today as well, diving all over the place the lot of them.I guess they knew Webb would give them free kicks though.

I don't know whether to be really happy that Chelsea dropped points or really sad that today shows just how accomodating this league is to ensuring United win the league. I mean fuck all this never say die, United never give up, Martin Tyler bollocks, how on earth can a team be 3-0 up at home against a United side with only really Rooney and Valencia as big threats and draw 3-3? I'm sorry but I can't recall us ever being 3-0 up against a side and losing that lead. It's pretty humiliating.

I actually think Torres is taking the piss now. How can he do something brilliant like cross that ball in for Mata then be so ridiculously woeful when it comes to trying to score. There's something seriously wrong with his mentality ever since he joined Chelsea.

Chelsea fans are absolute mugs; booing Rio because he's the brother of someone their captain called a black c**t and leaving because their team loses a 3 goal lead. booooo!

There's a lot of really disgraceful things going on this league at the moment but my word it's good to watch.

What are the odds on AVB, Redknapp, Mancini and Wenger all leaving at the end of the season?

I didn't even think Rooney was that good. Most of his passes were intercepted or blocked. Cahill had a very good game I thought. If AVB drops Luiz then Capello could have his CB pairing playing regularly at club level.

I agree with your other general point - the 'tribe' mentality seems to have gone to a different level this season. Ridiculous that they would boo Rio Ferdinand for supporting his brother. There really was no substantial reason for the booing. But it's not only Chelsea fans who are guilty of it eh? Wink
