I wouldn't drop Vlaar either, made some crucial tackles/saves/interceptions against Spain in the first half.

Just because it worked against Spain it doesn't mean that it's the be all, end all of systems. I actually thought Van Gaal knew this. I thought it was a tailor made solution for Spain, not the default system.

Yes it was horrible... I even fell asleep for a few seconds on the 1st half (only 2nd time I did it, the 1st time was when Holland beat Japan in the last World Cup).

This tournament reminds me of 2008 great group stage, knocked out immediately after it by Russia.

Don't worry... In 2008 we had Van Basten but now we have Van Gaal
