In th eprem yes but i think Hughes is a decent signing for Hull though. I think CHarlton will have a good looking squad next season but it will be a question of if they can gel together fast cos its going to be a team of new players. I think Watford will be very strongcos they will keep a settled team and just add 2 or 3 good players.
