I have watched him play in many games for northern ireland over the past year or two

he normally does alright then gets all the plaudits because

A) he is a Man U reserve player

and

B) he shows a bit of heart and determination

he is destined to be a mid level player but if he is happy to take someone like brown's or silvestre's place in your squad and settle for a bit part career then you may well keep him

eh quite a lot in his life I would say kimmy

he is now one of the best young defenders in england as opposed to being a spotty teenager


I would take him.. but his agent is obviously just looking to maximise the cash he gets with a few cheap press leaks

I agree with you. I have seen him only 3-4 times but never been reallyimpressed. Definitly would prefer Pique to the guy. He is as good as Taylor though who needs Rozenhal to hold his hand

I thought you watched La Liga ?

Pique did well for zaragoza last season but imho will struggle with the epl and whereas la liga is more to his "taste"

sky probably show about two zaragoza games a season and you don't really watch out for defenders

must at least be 4 cotr cos every fooking barca and las mierdas match is on alone before a few other matches, wasn't the valencia match on last season too

well I wasn't exactly being literal frank but you get my point

plus I would only really watch a la liga game if I wasn't out at the weekend which is not very often

so i look forward to seeing 'the next rossi' in action

I remember watching a few Zaragoza matches last year and I missed a few as well.

I'd say there was 5/6 on Sky through out the season.

I havent seen Pique play that much; but the Barca and Real fans (on here) at the star of the transfer window mentioned how they would like to have him for their first team, so he must be alright.

Vidic has been a bit dodgy so far, but I guess it's not much of an issue when the team is averaging over 60% posession, due to the opposition not leaving their halves.

imo he is a very good talent. i wont compare him to taylor since i havent seen enough newcastle to judge but i would say he is very much like vidic. only problem i have with him is his ball control which isnt great.
