Perhaps when he's toughened up a bit he could be in the squad ?

Shocking challenge on Aliadiere too !

It looked like Rozehnal was carrying him today.

Great goal from the Zogmeister ok

    Onuoha? WTF?!

I like Lescott but playing at left back does him no favours. As i'ves said already SM was picking defenders that could play at RB as well as in the middle. If Lescott wasn't stuck out on the left all the time he would've been picked.

Taylor was fine apart from the goal, he was caught out a bit there. Still, that happens with 21 year old center backs sometimes, it's an old mans position. <Ale> Also the defence hasn't really clicked yet, we have an out and out attacking player playing at LW, and a shite RB and DM.

Onuoha outperformed Taylor at the U21 EC and he can play RB.

Taylor could never play RB as he isn't athletic enough and doesn't have the footballing ability.

Laughing A total accident, even Southgate says so. Two players went for the ball, one was a big defender, the other was a little frog.

well it's too late for me to be arguing with you lrdie

lets just say that vidic taking berbatov out as he is about to score and brown stopping the ball with part of his arm are better shouts than 90 percent of the penalties united actually get awarded to them at OT so your view of the ref getting things right will be very different from a lot of other peoples

Again a relatively low goal tally this weekend....

Is this because the defences in the EPL are just getting better or because the strikers are getting worse? Wink

We were pretty rubbish against Spurs, but after the reading an City game we earned our luck.

As for all the penalty claims Laugh

As soon as something happens in the united box, it should automatically be a penalty to the opposition. It's almost as if people base their views on supposition than from what they see with their eyes.

We have Sunderland at home next week then after that we will have Ronaldo, Saha and Anderson back; let the good times roll Biggrin

    @Dark Savante

Mido has started really well, as i'd hoped. We now finally have somone to hold the ball up when its up front, and he's got 2 goals in 2 games, and put one up the scummy skunks Very Happy Couldnt have had a better start.

Tuncay im hoping to see more of...he was on the bench Sunday, dont know why, maybe isnt quite fit yet. Aliaidere might be out for a game or 2 after that knock so wouldnt mind seeing him partner Mido up front..see what they're like together. Gareth might keep playing him wide though, who knows?

    We're not even local rivals.

The strange thing is that nobody cares about chants about players families, or about their personal lives. Yet a few drunken charvas make a chant about Mido being a shoe bomber(something that isn't personal in the slightest and was probably only made up because they thought it was funny, no real malice) and there's uproar.

Mido should ask himself whether the song was made up because those charvas found it funny, OR whether it was proper racial hatred. Then, regardless of the answer he comes up with, he should toughen the f@ck up. ok

Either way though Boro should report it.
