In all fairness they have been dominating in the second half.. but not very impressive I agree

They were helped greatly by the Moscow defence

Samuel scores after some bizarre keeping.. but the pitch is really to blame

How has Carvalho been playing?

He was good in the first half.. hasn't really showed up for the second, just like the rest of the Russian attack.

He set up Jo's goal with a great pass, but he is playing further forward than usual, due to the fact that Love isn't playing

Just glad Inter got out of there with a win...

Yeah, glad to get out of this one with 3 points - this almost secures qualification, as we will surely win 4 points from 2 home games.

Samuel was excellent in the defence (this season he has rediscovered his touch), and so were Zanetti and Figo in the attack - they made up for a rather lackluster Ibra. Cruz, Stankovic and Ibra were very wasteful, with Inter missing at least 6 easy chances to score, some of which were open goals.

Inter need to start becoming more clinical. And thats why I just didn't understand the Crespo substitution, what the f@ck was that about???

Addo got a 4 match ban for spitting at an opponent. So he will not play any CL anymore this season, unless (unlikely) PSV qualify for the next round.

I can't wait for Fenerbache's return visit to san siro... we have a score to settle

but hopefully Inter would have qualified by then!

We look toothless. Perhaps we should put Chivu as LB and promote Maxwell to the midfield. Play 4 fullbacks, thats the only way... Or play 3 strikers, with Suazo on the left!! Maybe thats the best option!!!

Once again Zannetti with another piece of genius! That flick of the 3rd goal, only seen Zidane improvise like so!

Zanetti is a God. Inspite of braces from Ibra and Cambiasso, IMO Zanetti was our best player yet again.... probably for the 500th time!

That Ibrahimovic goal has got to be one of the most powerful strikes i have ever seen - how fast did that thing move?

What was impressive is that the moment CSKA went 2-0 up, I was chatting with some fellow interisti and we all just knew that we will win this one. The team started playing like they want to win it, and know that they will win it, immediately after the first goal...

And we did... Zanetti started playing like a Zidane, Cambiasso took the Stankovic role for himself, and Ibra played like Ibra. We scored 4 goals, but there could easily have been double that.

There is a very strong character in this Inter team.

Just seen Zlatan's goal. It was the first touch and turn that it a class goal. Still, it was against a 'diddy' team, let's see him perform in the knockout stages.

Yeah, I guess we will have to wait for the KO stages for that.... but 4 goals in 4 games, its not a bad return from a support striker.

I hope we draw a big team, like a Barca, Real or ManU. That would be a good game.

Absolutely. He seems to be playing some fantastic football both domestically and in Europe. I haven't seen any of his performances yet, but I will be looking forward to watching him & Inter in the knock outs.

They are by far the better team so fully deserved

While Stankovic, Crespo, Materazzi, & Jimenez are all fit and back into the squad, only Stankovic is likely to start tomorrow. Coz we need him desperately since Figo and Vieira are still injured.
