I can see loads of foreign posters moaning about this, when the top ten is mostly British managers.

Should of stuck to managers British or one's who have worked in Britain.

True , I still don't understand why Benetiz is higher than van Gaal ..

van Gaal built up and revolutionised a youth set up at Ajax (for example) , 50% or more of his successful side were homegrown , he deployed his own tactical formation (adopted from Cruijffs 3-4-3) etc

watch the 1994-95 Ajax team .. more exciting than anything Benetiz has done.

His only problem was *falling* out with Nunez at Barcelona and his national team problems.

Like Sparta says if Michels (whose team once raped Liverpool in Europe something like 5-1) does not make the top 5 .. the Times should never make anymore top 50 lists. Paisley should also be in the top 5 , the only coach to win 3 European Cups.

It's going to be hugely British biased which you would expect.

So I'd fully expect Clough, Fergie, Paisley, Busby & Shankly will all be in the top 10.

Stefan Kovacs should be in the top 20 , one of the most successful Club football coaches in history .. but i doubt the Times has ever heard of him. Valery Lobanovsky should also be in the top 20.

No Kovacs, Wenger in front of Sacchi, Herrera, Lippi or Capello. Del Bosque IN FRONT OF Capello. In top 10, 6 are EPL managers. Great.
