I cant see where ronaldo would end up. we have no space for him right now so cant see that happen. and if barca replace dinho next season with someone else then ronaldo then that position will be taken. depends on how many years he is willing to wait.3 years or so when raul is old and benchable(if that happens) then there would be room. very good player but he is not worth the money imo.

Kaka: I'd Like To Play In Spain One Day

Seldom a month goes by without Kaka (pictured) being linked with a move to the likes of Real Madrid, and while the Brazilian midfielder was quick to rule out a move in the near future, he today fuelled the flames of speculation by admitting that such a switch may be possible in future.

He told Sport.es, "Barcelona and Madrid? They're the best teams in Spain, with unmatched history, no doubt about it.

"To play in the Spanish league one day? That'd be nice, yes. They play very attractive, very offensive football, and for a player like me that's ideal.

"But to move there now would be impossible. I'm very much centred with Milan. I know their philosophy of football, as well as Italian football in general. So only in the distant future would it be possible."

Its insane, i can see the idea behind the statment. Playing down Kaka rumours, he should have said, "I believe we have players in the squad that are very good and theres no need to bring in Kaka, or something subtle".

Ronaldo isn't Spanish and would never have supported any Spanish club in the way Zizu supported Marseille.

Rui Costa saying he wanted to return to Benfica is closer to what Zidane said. Even during his time at Sporting Ronaldo already identified La Liga as the best place for him, this desire is nothing new.

I don't see the point in ignoring it. Whether he'll go will have a lot to do with Utd, if they keep giving him huge contracts and if things keep going well it will be harder for him to walk away. There will however always be the desire to play in Spain, and eventually he may very well decide it's too much to give up during his career.
