This isn't a wind-up, just Defoe never struck me as being all that. When on form he is an excellent finsher but beyond that ?

    Khadrim old chap,

perhaps it's best you sit this one out. For your own sake.

This question is like asking what's the difference between making love to a beautiful woman or making love to a cat, as in the end it's just pussy.

I'm afraid I can't help you answer either - it's what you make of it.

Think about it and have a nice day Ale

There's no middle ground here. He has a small purple patch and suddenly your dicks are getting slimy. CALM DOWN!! Defoe has always had the potential to be a good player but he has never really made an impact in the game, that's it so far.

He has great technique (Bent has the touch of a rapist), dribbling skills (Bent rarely takes on anybody despite his pace), he has good vision, but he's now matured as a footballer so he won't be selfish and just shoot on sight, and he can take part in team moves (Bent can't link the play at all).

Go to the first 2 MOTD videos against Hull & Liverpool and you'll see him link the play and creating chances.

We're so much better without Bent fucking up anything that he got outside of the area/not facing the goal.

I won't dispute his technique or dribbling skills (though to me it seems more strength and pace gets him past players as opposed to skill). But vision?

Awesome Ale

I believe Chanelle is now dating our boy, Matthew Bates.

Recently she overdosed on painkillers and red wine after they had an argument Ale

I should point out that this is nonsense. He's linked play well at Sunderland.

    He's currently a good player, I don't think that's in dispute Kimboner.

It's whether he can become a very good, consistent player. Nobody is debating he is one already. He has the potential.

I'm assuming this was simply bumped because Arnaud suggested he was worth £3million. A ridiculously small amount which I'd wager could probably buy the entire Newcastle squad, but not enough to buy Defoe's foreskin

Yes he's always had this - he was just too damn greedy before.

*see Lennon's opener vs. Stoke, Palacios goal vs. Hull for example.

All I've seen is when he fell on his arse trying to hold the ball up away to Bolton, which was no great shock, going by the last 2 seasons.

You've just spent £10m on one of our players, there's more where that came from. Stop swinging your dick about like you've got something to show off. Ale

Health and Safety dictates I'm not allowed to swing my dick in public Kimmy,

but in relation to your squad - perhaps Jonas is still a relatively sellable asset, other than that I'm struggling to think of anyone.

Certainly a triple swoop for Smith, Barton and Nolan could be on the cards if we ever required additional parking security. That's if their ambassadorial roles at Newcastle ever fall through Ale

No, we all know your frothy discharge can blind people.

Taylor is sellable, Jonas obviously, those would be the two biggest ones. Enrique is arguably our best player left, but he seems to be ignored outside Newcastle. It all depends on how much money a player needs to bring in before he is worth mentioning. The midfielders you mentioned would each bring in atleast £2m, as would Guthrie and Krul.
