Baresi retired in 1996 I started watching football in 1990 so that's 6 good years of him.

I used to quite like Milan when I was younger. He was still playing in 1996 remember.

Coverage of Serie A began in 1992 on channel 4 so along with the WC1990 that's 4 solid years I got to watch him for.

When I started watching football, it was hard to imagine a Ballon D'Or not going to a Serie A player!!! 9 of your 11 have also played in Serie A, so I guess you are as pro-Serie A as I am

Anyways, you can question my starting XI, but do you really think that beckham>Maradona, or Vieira>Matheus or Figo>Platini? I guess we just started watching football in different times....
