Was it even the first? I think him accepting the job offer came before the captaincy decision.

I think Capello is just doing what he said - rotating captians before he makes his final decision on this.... expect to see 2 new captains in the next 2 games....

But I am willing to wager that Rio will get the final nod before world cup qualifying games...

It should be Owen Hargreaves ok

He's the only player from the England first team I'd happily have a pint with.

Probably means Hargreaves joining Man Utd.

Think he would be a poor captain, he talks to much isnt even a regular and has not much respect from the fans and not a big enough character to have the respect of the players.

I heard Capello is to make Beckham captain next and then Terry and maybe even James i saw somewhere else.

Why not he isn't as bad as Terry and I don't see the difference captainworthiness wise between him and Rio (other than maybe Lampards ego)

Playing Hargreaves would go against his philosophy he has shown so far though (play the players who are playing and playing well).

Our Friendly games are normally full of goals.

    Denmark 1-4, Argentina 3-2.

    I'd say 2-2 tonight.
