Petr Cech is a coward and a disgrace. He pretends to be the best goalkeeper in the world but in reality he is afraid of the ball. Kuyt will probably get a hat trick.
Gerrard has been missing, maybe this is down to Chelsea, maybe this is down to fitness. No we're ahead I can't see Rafa taking him off, although the pace of the game might suit Benyanoon better.

My thoughts:
1. Very surprised at the slow pace of the game and the amount of respect shown by both sides. There has been hardly any fouls, let alone yellow cards. Come on you bastards, show some passion.
2. Liverpool started off in classic $h!t on a stick fashion, with 10 men behind the ball and the defensive and midfield lines almost glued together. Their only attacks were long balls that went nowhere. Slowly they started pushing up, but still their attacking moves have been too cautious for a team playing at home. Don't try to convince me you're an attacking team, Liverpool fans
3. Ballack and Joe Cole are class, but it's a pity they're playing for a coach and with teammates who have exactly ZERO creativity and flair. Hit it to Drogba, wait for him to knock it down, then pass it around, do nothing, and f@ck off back into the defensive formation. What a $h!t tactic from Grant and co.
4. Carvalho is MOTM so far, his reading of the game has been immaculate. Terry is good for those spectacular last minute clearances from all sorts of angles and body parts, but doesn't have a clue what is going on.
The rest of the players on the pitch have all mostly been utter shite, or invisible. Never have I seen a match where a team (Chelsea) doesn't even bother to make the opposition fullbacks (Arbeloa and Aurelio) work for their appearance fee.
5. The tie is now over. Liverpool will defend the 1-0 until their flight lands in Moscow. Chelsea don't look like scoring in a million years, unless Carragher keeps letting those long balls bounce over and around him...then Drogba may eventually take advantage of one of them.
