perhaps not the most exciting story but ffs why wasn't some scheme devised when they were awarded the final not wait until the teams qualify, even wrse why not agree it pre-semi, ffs they only had 2 countries to talk to. absolute joke by uefa yet again in allowing this to happen.

Or indeed, not have the final in a country that requires visas from EU member states.

After all, we all knew the final would be between teams from England, Spain and Italy

They should now move the final to Wembley. Would save fans an enormous amount of money, reward the FA for their hugely successful youth development policies that have led to such CL success for English teams ( ), and remove all the visa problems.

nah i have no problem with moscow, every uefa member country deserves the chance to hold the final but with such a significant issue this should have been resolved pre final teams being known. ffs wembley lost their bid based on tax issues as there was no procedure in place at bid stage they lost out, how come moscow got this final without similar procedures being in place.

shows it is not the greatest choice, i know and understand that they have to spread this around but uefa needed to ensure as fas as possible that it was more affordable, even to the extent of reserving planes for flights ahead of the event and hotel rooms for fans of the respective clubs.

amazing this stopped wembley getting 2010 ECL Final but Moscow got theirs without resolving the visa issue in advance, just goes to prove money money money uefa don't give a flying fack about the true supporters

Show they haven't got the greatest fans
