I have tried to stick as closely to the rumours, assuming they are true. Hence no Poulsen in my squad, though I did put VDV in there despite the lack of rumours about him Razz

That's a small squad of only 20 players, but almost all (except Oleguer and Jorquera) are potential starters. With no international tournament next summer and no African cup, next season should have more spread out fixtures, so barring a terrible injury crisis we should be ok. Plus there is enough flexibility among the attacking players to cover many positions. Perhaps Giovani could stay or one more cheap attacking player could be purchased as insurance.

I have no idea what our budget is this summer but all the signs point to the impossibility of another Torres signing without selling first so i'll try and be realistic:

Well...I could put him as £7m...and it would be within the budget. Apparently both Johnson and Everton would be happy to part company with a half decent offer...and from what I've heard we are in for him. I think £7m may do it...especially as cash seems to always be tight at Everton, and Moyes has known targets.

Dunne has been linked with us...but that's the same for about 8 other clubs. I think a couple of others will get sold too...hopefully not someone like Ljungberg or Cole as that will piss me off. Ljungberg has played well for us this season.

Also Steven Taylor was linked to us...probably bullshit...but what's the deal with him? Has he still not signed a contract? Latest I heard was he wanted to stay, Newcastle wated to keep him...but a deal can't seem to be settled.

No new contract yet. He said he wants to stay, but the club seem to be stalling on contracts, not just his. They might have been waiting until the end of the season before offering contracts, i don't know.

Nah, he's done well from the bench. He doesn't want to retire yet and I doubt he nor Fergie want him playing for another club.
