his next international will be number

    50

    Shocked

yet the boy is only 23 years old

    Shocked cheers

if he continues like that he will break Lothar's record of 150 internationals for Germany

it really is shocking to see that there are people out here who rate J.Cole or Nani higher

Schweini was the top SCORER-POINT guy at the last World Cup after all and has now won truckloads of silverware with Bayern

schweini plays always brillinat for germany, for bayern he is average for years

i think this guy can be happy that at the moment he has no real contender for his position

but the future looks bright, with the likes of

    marin
    kroos
    özil

i rate schweini, but he must improve for bayern, another year like the last years and its over

Joe Cole has won more at Chelsea than Schweinsteiger has at Bayern

had an excellent 2006 WC including

scoring one of the BEST goals in the competition

and was England's best player in the qualifiers - ask them Russians

A couple of mediocre CL performances, including the final, is still more than Pig climber

    so please tell me Otto,

what is SHOCKING to say that J Cole is better than Schweinsteiger, who isn't even a regular at Bayern?

Glenn's comment- says it all really

    Tink a bat it Ale

anybody saying that Cole >>> SChweini is pulling my Teutonic leg

it's true to say though that Schweini has lost some of his mojo at Bayern under Magath and Hitz

neither of the two + Hoeness and Gerland really ever believed in the pig climber

as much as I hate Klinsi, it's true to say that Schweini seems to thrive under him

it will therefore be interesting to see whether Schweini shows more interest next year

the arrival of Ribery has not helped

hopefully, Klinsi will treat everybody equally

at the moment this is blatently NOT the case

I just read a few Hitzfeld comments and must say I am shocked

the special treatment Toni, for instance, received is out of this world; he and Ribery were effectively treated like VIPs, followed by Klose; then you have SChweini and Poldi getting the crumbs

must admit that my respect for Hitz has gone down tremendously

Schweini is easily distracted though; he got this VERY pretty model girlfriend he parardes everywhere and is mostly interested in his fashion statements and haircuts

    this HAS to change

if Klinsi does not sort it out Schweini should go abroad and start anew

still : a sensational talent that is the envy of the entire world

I dont get the Ribery arrival not helped infact he should have done better because of Ribery because now he has somebody who can provide on the other side leaving him to cut inside and dictate or create.
I think giving him some competition for his place would help maybe Jose Sosa can do that or we buy another winger.

schweini is a superb player imho, stagnated a bit at Bayern now, needs a fresh challenge but a reinvigorated Schweine >> Joe Cole.

If it was just about medals as we are often reminded by them ure fans, Pip Neville would be one of the best ever.

you obviously havnt seen him very often...everytime hes linked with another club many bayern fans say they would drive him to the airport if it meant he would go quicker and they could cash in on his reputation..

from an international perspective his reputation has benefitted from germanys home world cup performance and general team ethic..j cole..as an individual..is a far better footballer..

cole and schweini different player types

individual cole has more pace and better dribbler, schweini has more vision and better passes, schweini has a better long shot
