The Polish goal was offside, so I suppose it evens up a bit. Glad to see them get a point, they've deserved it for their efforts so far in the competition.

Good result for Austria. Even if they won 2-1, they would've still needed to beat Germany, so whether they drew or won (by 1 goal) doesn't really make a difference to them.

maybe Poland can get through if Austria win, but Poland beat Croatia and end up with better gd.

Just got back, fucking heartbroken as you can imagine, I think Boruc deserved a clean sheet more than we deserved the win to be fair.

Naturally that knocks us out of the competition aside from the mathematics, of course we weren't gonna make it through the group but it would have been nice to go into the Croatia game with a smidgen of hope, that effectively means our tourneys over after 2 games once again. Our fans deserve so much more. Absolutely gutted.

Its not so much my own disappointment, i can deal with that just fine. Its being with 300 odd good honest hard-working Poles who don't have it so easy in England and really they deserved something to celebrate. Also i was there with my grandfather whos 85 now and lost his wife last year after 52 years married n now lives on his own, so a bit of joy for him really wouldn't have gone amiss.

I know its not famine/war/death/natural disaster and yes its only football but it means a lot lot more than that sometimes.
