Axe(and others) how do you rate Ten Cate?
I have a Greek friend who supports Panathinaikos and he is really excited by Ten Cate's appointment. Do you think he will be able to attract any talented Dutch players to the Greek League? That guy told me that Pana are gonna invest quite a bit this year(for a Greek club of course), apparently some new guys bought part of the share capital and they're gonna have a transfer budget of 20-30 mil.

Ten Cate has been doing fine with small Dutch clubs on a shoestring budget (like Martin Jol and Erwin Koeman did too), he then went to Barcelona and also looked ace 
....then he went to Ajax : I and a lot of others expected him to do great over there......he was a complete and total disaster.
Wasting money on the wrong players, not getting the right players/formation on the pitch, making Cr@p substitutions...the list just goes on and on.
Then we hear how he went to Chelsea to be trainer instead of manager and just like at Barcelona he seemed to be doing a great job.
Conclusion : he's great for making players playing better, but someone else should do the buying and team tactics
