He is a good player, Fluminense best player this season and I think he did a great Copa Libertadores, he was awesome in the final, I think he can have a good career in Europe, but to be honest have no Idea where he is going to play.

Re: Olympic football tournament
I think he is heading to Valencia if/when they sell either Villa or Silva.
Apart from this, I am a bit sick of the Olympics.. we pay Messi's wages, provide his training etc etc and the Olympics football tournament is just a joke. We already have the U17/U19/U21 and the senior world cup.. what is the point of the Olympics football? Money! that's it..
We already have enough matches in a season.. no need for more stupid tournaments, that only Brazil and Argentina care about. Let them play eachother and then be done with it.

Re: Olympic football tournament
SPORT said Ronaldinho had a poor game, but that first assist to Pato was class, typical Ronaldinho.
Superb 2nd goal by Neves as well, made it out of nothing.

Yes, assuming they both play to reasonable form, it is difficult to look past either of them.
The other squads don't look as strong

He was already plain stupid not to take, the BY FAR MOST TALENTED goalkeeper, HAGENEES Timothy Krul to the olympics....!
KRUL>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Velthuizen
We cannot put vermeer in here because he is too small for being a decent goalkeeper

Re: Olympic football tournament
Didn't realise the mens Football started before the Tournament begins. Only two days until the first matches.
In the UK coverage is live on interactive, with more channels on Sky interactive than freeview and live on the website, as will the majority of "minority" Olympic sports.

Explain to me how the interests of a European football fan override the interests of a South American fan. They actually have an affinity with the Olympic tournament and so while it remains in the games they should have the priority.

Simple : Citius, Altius, Fortius....that's CAF :
Confederation of African Football
the Cunt Alex Ferguson
AFC Ajax
FA Cup
etc. etc.
How can it *not* be related to football
