We were crap allthough Liverpool were worse but if you can't beat any teams at home then you don't really deserve to go through. Of course Bayern is the big favourite. Any good German team should be favourite against any good Portuguese team, just as teams from Italy, Spain or England would be.
The best Sporting can hope for is that Bayern have two off days when the games are played. If not, they'll probably be eliminated by a record Champions League score of 94-0.
