Used to be a RB but plays as a winger for Donezk. According to his agent he has offers from Bayern and Sevilla.

Ilsinho is a pretty decent player. RB/RM, could probably even play central.

Rumours have it that Lucio is on his way out. It is said that van Gaal doubts Lucio's aptitude for his tactical concept and that Braafheid instead is supposed to partner Demichelis in the central defence. (Isn't Braafheid a tiny wee bit too small for the CD?)

    http://www.bild.de/BILD/sport/fussball/bundesliga/vereine/bayern/2009/06/21/lucio/steht-wie-tim-borowski-bei-louis-van-gaal-auf-der-kippe.html

    First reaction from Lucio:

"I have one year left on my contract and if the new coach doesn't need me, I'll go somewhere else. […] Of course I want to stay. But if the coach thinks other players are better than me, I will not play another minute for Bayern."

i dont care if he leaves, hes not a defence leader at all, we need someone like terry, he must be present in all areas, not only in the box from the enemy and some shitty angry outburts

our central defence lacks internationl standard since years

I see where van Gaal is coming from; Lucio is too often tactically undisciplined but on the other hand he's experienced and also one of the few players on your team with a never say die mentality. It's doubtful too if an unproven player like Braafheid is capable to replace your best central defender of recent years.

No way will Braafheid replace Lucio. That has to be a joke.

In other news, the Pranjic deal is done. Contract until 2012.

Never a dull moment with him in charge Smile

Pranjic paid 700.000 € to leave Heerenveen.

The two clubs couldn't agree on the price for Pranjic so he paid the difference himself. Shocked

    http://www.tz-online.de/sport/fussball/fc-bayern/euro-kaufte-sich-pranjic-frei-368310.html

So, Bayern offered 6m and Heerenveen wanted 7.5m plus another 200k I don't know what for. Then Bayern went up to 7m, but Heerenveen still wouldn't move. Pranjic was sick of it and will now pay the remaining 700k.

I like him already. He seem to REALLY want to play for us. With the wages he'll be able to deal with losing 233,000 a year.

Does this end your interest in Bosingwa? Liverpool confirmed the Glenn Johnson deal (means Chelsea won't get him) on the same day so I wonder if it's just a coincidence.

Pranjic is a very good signing Effe. 7M still is a bargian. Amazed you didn't have to compete with other big clubs to sign him. He indeed has the right attitude & is a very mature, versatile player, who is seriously gifted. I'm sure you're goin to like him even more.

Read a nice article the other day : in the history of Bayern there have only been two people who have been player, manager and chairman of the club.

Oooooh, someone is seriously pissed... Shocked

    http://www.tz-online.de/sport/fussball/fc-bayern/lucio-ich-muesste-noch-meinen-spind-ausraeumen-tz-375317.html

Lucio feels no longer needed at Bayern. No member of the Bayern board immediately denied rumours that van Gaal prefers Braafheid over him, so there must be something to this story he says.

TZ: But KH Rummenigge said there's nothing to those stories and no one wants to get rid of you. Doesn't that make you feel better?

Lucio: Yes, it's nice but it comes a bit too late. Now a lot of clubs would be happy to have Lucio because I won the Confed Cup and played well. Bayern should have backed me earlier.

TZ: Will you report back to training after your holiday?

    Lucio: Maybe it won't happen.

    TZ: Never Säbener Straße again?

Lucio: I wouldn't say never. After all I would have to clear out my locker. Laugh

TZ: And what if van Gaal is still planning with you?

Lucio: No idea. Bayern and those rumours created a situation that is anything but nice. That's why a move is sensible, if there were any good offers.

TZ: Did you pray for something special lately?

Lucio: I prayed for justice in these difficult times for me. lol!

    ---

Well, Lucio is known for being a bit of a drama queen but this interview is taking the biscuit (assuming that TZ isn't misquoting him).

I blame the constant vuvuzela noise in SA. This must have hurt his brain. Whistle

"Mir san mir" or "mia san mia", in German "wir sind wir" (literally: "us is us") means that we are Bavarians, we want everything to remain as it is, we don't care about you 'outsiders'. It's the Bavarian way of life, a mixture of (over-) self confidence and isolationism, with a strong emphasis on Bavarian language, customs, traditions and ' uniqueness'.

Franz Josef Strauß was the incarnation of "mir san mir", for example. And Hoeneß, being Swabian and therefore an 'outsider' actually, the prime example of adopting "mir san mir".
