Well although Man City have problems at the back. Win away today next game is awhile away and it's at home to Wolves. So you'd expect another win there. Set up nicely for them if Hughes buys well in the coming two weeks.

Young just failed to score open goal (well keeper was out, 2 defenders back).

I can see City becoming a very dangerous team if they base their game around quick breaks. With their defence sitting deep, and Barry-De Jong(ireland didn't impress me in that role today despite his goal) sitting just infront of them could help them tighten up at the back + plus they've got some hard-working players in forward positions ; SWP, Tevez, Ade etc. I can see Barry playing balls into channels all day long for their pacey players upfront to run to.
Lets hope Hughes tries to make them play a more expansive game.

Warnock was also great other than one moment vs SWP. Why did Liverpool let him go? I think he could be converted to a decent CM for a midtable club. Blackburn need a good CM.
SWP's forward passing has been great and not just for the second goal. Robinho was useless as was Adebayor apart from a goal and a couple of moves. However Bellamy was good.
If they persist with playing Barry and Ireland in CM by themselves I think ManC will struggle against sides that retain possession better.
ManC also need better defenders at RB and LB as well as replacing Dunn.

So ends a turd of a game.
O'Neill just didn't respond to first half weakness (being over-run in midfield) and went back to his habit of making stupid subs which end up putting players out of position (Beye off for Albrighton, which meant Milner had to cover RB, despite him being best attacking threat first half). A.Young had as bad a game as I've seen him have. Strikers had little supply. Petrov and Delph (later, Sidwell) over-run in middle. Defence unorganised and shit. Take Shorey out back and shoot him.
Positives: Milner okay, Albrighton looked bright when he came on. Nobody died that I'm aware of.

They could have a great team if only the Professor would spend some money.
Song and Denilson to continue their midfield excellence
