That's what i was saying in the Arsenal thread. If Wenger bought a keeper and a great CB and Dmish player. They'd be looking good especially if they kept Adebayor. But instead he's gone backwards. We'll see it'll be interesting to see how they do.

They're aiming for 4th place though, not money. If they sell Lescott and fail to bring in any decent replacements they're fucked but have a bit of money.

Maybe Moyes wont be a pussy though, and he'll just tell his player to shut the fuck up and play. Would be a nice change.

I dont see who they'd get in to replace him really. If there was someone he'd accept the cash easily.

as I pointed out, why not let him play against arsenal, it can only be good for man city if he gets a header from a corner and makes arsenal drop a few points (he's hugely overrated apart from that)

To be fair to Lescott, I would be doing the same thing in his position. If he plays he weakens his hand and that amount of money is just too good to turn down. He probably thinks he has to take the chance now or it may never come again

Not a brilliant team for us, but should be solid at least. Would've started Dudu, at least gives us options on the bench.

Don't remember whether Barry did, but Dimitar Berbatov certainly pulled this one ono us at Spurs last year.
