    lol!

I'm sorry. Are they going to be injured all season? I didn't get the memo.

All these things conspired against you. Like it was an unjust result. None of your team functioned and Tottenham were very good. Your CB's only cost you in the sense one of them is a complete moron who is on a mission to attack half of your team.

They were both injured coming into the game Lrd. It isn't that difficult to figure out

Of course Carragher just made the situation a whole lot worse by probably cracking Skrtel's jaw for no logical reason

I still have no idea what he was doing. He even looked and saw Skrtel coming. Idiot

Spurs away is prob the most likely defeat for a top 4 club so not the end of the world.

There is not one good team in the EPL this year but Chelsea will win because they have the best players.

I can see us not being so dominant in the CL this year.

    Too gullable Pierre. Sarcasm.

I don't think Palacios is top 4 quality. But yes, he could do a job in absence of Hargreaves.

Only Juve and Barca are better/equal/close to the PL 4. Though anything can happen in a single match.

Real are as well now and Inter haven't finshed their summer spending
That non-team at Madrid are going to do as well as last year. Adding a poacher and a penalty taker does not improve the team. Alonso is a passmaker and non a playmaker. Bezema is a great talent and they may improve there if they drop Raul.

We would have been fine if we had gotten Birmingham at home in our first match.

Our CB's lost us the game. Not Lucas, or Babel or anything. Them being unfit and smashing into each other affected the way the whole team played. But anyway I'm talking about the fact that if they come into the game fit, having played every pre-season game it wouldn't have turned out like that. We may have still been shit, but we wouldn't have defended that badly and lost like that - simple as.

Who was out today for Liverpool ?

Aquilani, Agger, Aurelio is that it ? cos looking at the team and bench its just nt good enough, im not just saying it cos the lost today its just clear to see. They needed to go out and bring in 4 or 5 top quality players this summer but they havnt done and they dont have enough strength and depth to win the prem, they rely so much on Gerrard and Torres.

    "poacher, penalty taker, passmaker"

Has to be the most ridiculous dismissal of 200m euros worth of talent, 2 of whom are in the world's top 5. lol!

Also, shaz, the whole point of Perez signing everybody in one summer is so they can bypass the "team building" phase. There's enough matchwinners in there for Madrid to go through the whole season winning games undeservedly if they need to.

No, no, no. Do you write for the Sun or just regurgitate their bollocks. To cover for our injuries we would have had to buy 2 extra centre backs - does that make sense to you?

Riera was out as well, our squad should have added a CM and striker this summer - whilst replacing Alonso and Arbeloa. We didnt need 4 or 5 players.

Spurs away is prob the most likely defeat for a top 4 club so not the end of the world.

There is not one good team in the EPL this year but Chelsea will win because they have the best players.

I can see us not being so dominant in the CL this year.

    Inter Erm

There is about £55m worth of playmaker you are forgetting about there Shaz

    "poacher, penalty taker, passmaker"

Has to be the most ridiculous dismissal of 200m euros worth of talent, 2 of whom are in the world's top 5. lol!
