Spurs away is prob the most likely defeat for a top 4 club so not the end of the world.
There is not one good team in the EPL this year but Chelsea will win because they have the best players.
I can see us not being so dominant in the CL this year.
Real are as well now and Inter haven't finshed their summer spending
Inter
There is about £55m worth of playmaker you are forgetting about there Shaz
It's actually closer to him being a playmaker.

Aquilani, Agger, Aurelio is that it ? cos looking at the team and bench its just nt good enough, im not just saying it cos the lost today its just clear to see. They needed to go out and bring in 4 or 5 top quality players this summer but they havnt done and they dont have enough strength and depth to win the prem, they rely so much on Gerrard and Torres.
No, no, no. Do you write for the Sun or just regurgitate their bollocks. To cover for our injuries we would have had to buy 2 extra centre backs - does that make sense to you?
Riera was out as well, our squad should have added a CM and striker this summer - whilst replacing Alonso and Arbeloa. We didnt need 4 or 5 players.
So a CM, a right back a striker so thats 3 players so i was only one more than you think

Kaka isn't a playmaker and I would've backed him being a huge hit until I heard they were signing Ronaldo as well.

You Arsenal lot are obsessed with people not being playmakers. Could you give me a couple of examples of people who are playmakers by any chance?

Talk about carried away. It's one win. Lets see how positive you are when Celtic give you a beating.

Didnt Pompey beat Everton 4-1 in the opening fixture last season, it was still a very good performance from Arsenal though, your first team isnt your worry though.

Modric is my singular favorite playmaker outside the top 4.
Lampard is a better playmaker than Deco at this moment.
Berbatov has got the skill, and if he had 50% of Looney's mentality, he would be like the long lost bastard child of Bergkamp and Cantona.
Arteta is overhyped.
To be fair, Arsenal have many playmakers in Fabregas, Nasri, Arshavin, and Van persie.

sad thing for Spurs is their season can only go downhill now. A draw with Arsenal is all they have left to look forward to.
Harry mght get them into Europe, but Levy will sell Palacios, Gomes, Lennon, Modric and Bassong in the summer and Harry will field his under17s and go out over 2 legs against Slavia Mozambique.
I think Rafa might try 4-4-2 for a couple of weeks, and I think Voronin may well find himself promoted. I'd like to see Nemeth given a few starts before Aqualooney finds fitness.

Palacios is okay.
Modric is the only world-class star they have. Pav is the closest, but 'Arry doesn't even play him..
Let's see if Bassong could hold the defence in absence of BOTH King, and Woodgate (which is very much likely). He could develop into a solid defender, sure.
To be honest, as a Spurs fan, I couldn't give a fucj about who is deemed "World Class" and who isn't- the most important thing that I feel Harry has brought to us is that we've got players with particular strengths who compliment each other:
Palacios and Huddlestone in the middle for example - Palacios provides the energy and the tackling, Huddlestone the passing.
Lennon provides the pacy outlet to turn defence to attack on the right, Modric provides the clever vision from the left,
Defoe provides the direct over the top pace upfrong, and hopefully Pav/Crouch will provide the big man to hold the ball up.
I'm very happy about the balance in the team. Irrespective of how many players are deemed "World Class" on their own merit
