Goater. What do you think of Barry now that he has been at City for a while, I feel it was a bad move. I always considered one of his mains strengths being a team player on the left linking up with well now he seems lost to me.

City's schedule was simply easier after Mancini's takeover, with fixtures against Blackburn, Wolves and Boro (?). They were capable of winning these games without some of their key players and with a new manager in charge. The first time they were really tested against a good side was against Everton, and everything caught up with them. I think it's good that they are not walking into this game with United with only wins under their belt, they know that they have to do to improve on their mistakes from this past weekend and continue to build on their strengths. I don't think City will win this game, but I hope they do as well.

it's trite to suggest that Mancini's first few fixtures were easy, they were easier than they could have been, but still competitive fixtures.
Certainly a home game against an inexperienced and injury ravaged Manchester United side could be put in the same bracked as home games against lower mid-table sides.

Thing is Pierre our back up full backs are rafael and fabio, one is better than the first choice and the other would be if it were anyone bar evra. Most important thing is they have pace and can easily match Bellamy and SWP.
Vidic i hear is playing as well. I don't think it matters who plays for City this games means to much to them i can see them being to rushed and making mistakes.
1-3 is my prediction.
