Fabregas is AHEAD of play. He then swings his foot back while still ahead of play. Puyol comes from BEHIND play while Fabregas is in the motion of shooting and obstucts Fabregas' shot
As I said it is open to interpretation, but from where the ref was it looked a very clear foul, which I agree with.
Can understand the ref gave it, but imo Puyol did nothing wrong.
