Valdes spilled a soft shot from outside the box and didn't push it very far from goal. Cesar made a point blank save.

On this showing Inter have vastly improved since they went out to Man Utd last year. Really quite a good side they've got. Unspectacular, but still a better side than any English club has put together this season.
