So basically Fulham's need to beat us & Spurs need to watch what they eat. If not Spurs face a quite fuck-upable CL qualifier.

Spurs will win big at Burnley but it won't be enough.
Fulham will be going all-out not to injure themselves, so even current-form Arsenal
should manage to get a result. I can see Arshavin trying to remind us he still exists and scoring a couple.

it's pretty unthinkable, Arsenal were 10 points clear of Spurs a few weeks ago, a few weeks earlier they were many people's favourites for the title.
Fulham have the Europa League final on Wednesday so I would expect a 2nd/3rd choice XI from them so even this Arsenal side should win.

Nothing much to be said here. Arsenal shouldn't throw away 3rd. IF they did it would be an unmitigated disaster.
It is quite unprecedented for the Gooners to have to wait until the last day of the season to celebrate St Totteringham's day.
That, for me, gives me enough joy in itself. I suspect there will be no parties in Islington on Sunday

I don't think Arsenal will lose their last game at home and a draw will be enough to get the third spot. Yeah Fulham are likely to rest all their best players for Wednesday's crucial game.

Tottenham should offer Jamie O'Hara for free as a bonus if Fulham manage to beat Arsenal, with Spurs manage Burnley a clause in the deal. Bet that would make sure they line up with their first choice at least.

It will be Arsenal versus a Roy Hodgson XI on Sunday. Can't see Arsenal coming away with anything less than 3 points.

I hope we equalise in injury time with a fluked goal.

You guys are easy to please aren'cha?
Our form is so crap at the moment, I won't totally count out us buggering it up even if Roy Hodgson plays instead of Bobby Zamora. If we do, we fully deserve to have to qualify

I honestly don't care - we've done what we've what we had to. As Swarpy says, you'll be playing a Woy Hodgson XI who have all eyes on Hamburg so at the very least you should get a point.
Seems like a quite desperate attempt from Arsenal fans to big up themselves when their season has gone down like a lead balloon.
@ RP - I'll hand you the blade (just kidding)

The end of this season indeed sucked for us. Having said that, we stayed in the title race far longer than most pundits and me expected (especially taking into account injuries to key players in our too thin squad).
Our problem is we need to progress more in recent years we have been alternating forward and backward steps.

As I said, keeping the squad together has to be a main priority this summer, then you can build from there.

Ok, the main core. One of Almunia and Fabianski should depart, along with Gallas, Tweety. I'm not sure about many other exits.
This summer though, we seem to have more money so I don't expect any of our best players to leave.

I've bolded the other error, Arsenal were lrd's (prediction specialist) favourite for the title, so they had pretty much no chance

Lerd did back Spurs for fourth, in fact he was the biggest cheerleader.
