Nope, wasn't his fault - watch it again, instead of putting the ball into the stands or taking the ball into the corner, Benny Assoue Ekotto kicks the ball back upfield straight to a City player (not sure which now), who threads the ball almost immediately back to Balotelli with the backline and King pushed up and thus caught out of position.

IMO that was Benny's fault and something he's done on a few occasions where silly decision making has put the defence under unnecessary pressure.

I don't say this because I refuse to acknowledge King's faults - as he did give away the penalty (which I feel he had little choice doing though), but put simply if it had been Ledley on the ball, he would not have done what Benny did and we wouldn't have lost that game.

Besides, Bale and Defoe were more at fault for us losing that game when they were two on one and should have been 3-2, if you ask me.

Also good options, but I think terry has to be in there based on his performances on the pitch (regardless what he might have done or be like off it ). I am not excluding players based on personal dislike as it makes you look stupid, like kimbo .

Debuchy has been great, I'm quite sure that you wouldn't know about that though. Coleman has been good and has scored some goals, but that's not what I judge fullbacks on. I think there are a few even contenders in that position, I wouldn't be offended by someone picking Coleman or Ivanovic. Defensive players are the toughest ones to pick though as it is about consistency and their performances rarely make highlights shows. You only know how good they are by watching them week in week out, and none of us do that with teams that aren't our own, which means all of our teams are most likely wrong. So stop waving your circumcised pecker around as if you're an authority.   

As for Barry I understand he has been integral for Everton who have had a very good season, and again this isn't a role you can judge by goals and assists.

I don't mind debuchy, although whether he has been better than coleman (or zabaleta) is debatable. I was talking about your personal dislike for another player, and in looking for any alternative you crowbarred oscar into a position he has not played in this season. Stinger shows you could have come up with a reasonable alternative, even if I don't agree with putting a player that has had half a good season.

Just because Oscar is next to Barry it doesn't mean I would play him as a DM, him and Toure are both pretty much box to box midfielders.
