No one expected Chelsea to beat Barca or Bayern either. United have the mental strength and RVP and Rooney to win them it. Certainly not against the realms of imagination is it?

I don't even think they will get past Real

Barca have been playing them off the pitch for years. RVP won't be able to change that.

Why would any fan show a manager love straight away? He has to win it first. Support your team first and foremost, if an interim manager comes in it's just to ensure you don't crumble but fans wishing ill on their team will always have a detrimental effect.

Well they seem to be a bit dismayed in general. Manager they hate, awful striker that keeps getting to play, owner choosing to piss them off by bringing in said manager and seemingly trying to get rid of a club legend...

Probably just writing off the season.

Chelsea beat Villa 8-0 and he still got booed to fuck. It's awesome that he burnt all bridges, it's what the they all deserve. Even our lot gave George Graham a chance!

Chelsea have made themselves appear to be completely unmanageable - either the established old guard will revolt against you for trying to change things (Big Phil, AVB) or Roman will get rid of you because you're not sexy enough (Ranieri, Grant, Ancelotti, RDM, Rafa). Hiddink & Guardiola both saw the club for the funny farm it is and stayed well away. The GREATEST MANAGER THE WORLD HAS EVER SEEN© is way too smart to go back there.

Chelsea fans are giving WWE fans a run for their money with all these banners. Rafa will be fighting Terry for the title soon.

I assume he did know they didn't like him, but to continue this animosity considering we're nearly in March is pathetic.

    I agree.

He needs to go back to Spain and rebuild his reputation; he's won a lot of trophies but after his big fuck ups at Inter and now Chelski I can't see him being a popular choice for many clubs.

That and he's also managed to fall out with the board at every single club he's managed, which is impressive.

He was unemployed and someone offered him millions to manage a football club, so can we really say it was his fault he took the job, when we all would have done the same.

In order of blame, I'd start with Abramovich, then the Chelsea fans, then the players and him 3rd equal.

Exactly. And he's trying to pretend like his objective is to defend the club or whatever when he openly admitted that the reason took the job was to try and titles to his resume. He doesn't give a f*ck about Chelsea. It was the first big job he was offered since the debacle of Inter. But like someone else said, he isn't going to get a big job any time soon. I'd love to see this f*cker crawling on his hands and knees back to Spain and begging for a job like Sevilla.
