I don't mind it. But I would rather it went back to a single match rather than two legs.

I'm not surprised that Bale has been a succes in terms of goals and assists. I'm still yet to be convinced that he has made our balance in the team better although this has nothing to do with him per se but more that we already have a player of his style. If he is seen as a failure it will only be because of the club imo.

For a player still finding his feet and under immense pressure from World Record transfer fee, safe to say he's doing okay. Absolutely loving how it's all gone pear shaped for the numpties and their agendas, writing him off before he'd had a chance to even get started. Silly c**ts

real Madrid winning at home isn't much to get excited about or a player putting on a performance in those game, lets see them go 5 away games without defeat and we should start to talk

Bale has certainly made more impact in Spain than the "far more talented" Lamela has in England.

leverkusen what to say, i can`t explain it, 2nd in the league with some very poor players, you have to give there coach some credit

schalke has many injurys, they showed in the last 2 years that they are a very good cl side


still the gap in la liga is much more obvious, they are all cannon fooder for the front 3 teams


epl may lack a really world class side (arsenal, city) have to prove it, but i can`t deny it that it is the hardest league to win

watching my first barca game of the season

many changed

long balls, there passing accuracy isn´t that good anymore, it seems they play now with a little bit more risk, but i can be completely wrong though, like i said, haven`t watched them too often

Haven't watched him much but I thought he was doing fine. Not talking stats here but just general gameplay.

He certainly hasn't stepped up I'm messi's absence. He fits in better than maxi Lopez for sure but I still don't see what all the fuss is

Table after 15 rounds. As they say "HAY LIGA!!!!!" So far Athletic Bilbao the surprise team. I don't think anyone expected them to be quite so high in the table. Maybe it's the new stadium. Was wondering before the season where they were going to get the goals now that Llorente had finally departed but they have had really balanced scoring: not a single player in the top 25 goalscorers but they have gotten 3 goals each from Mike San Jose, Mikel Rico, Aduriz, Muniain, de Marcos and two from Susaeta and Ibai Gomez.

Meanwhile Betis have sacked Pepe Mel. Always seems to be the case with these smaller teams that they have a great season, qualify for European football but don't have the resources to really build a squad that can compete on multiple fronts, and then they drop down to the bottom of the table. I'm actually shocked Real Sociedad are so high in the table this year, especially with losing Illarra.
