From the Japanese web site commentary, it looks like it was all Internacional in the first 15 minutes and now it's all Barca.

Yep! Barcelona have been a bit better of late having 60-40 possession I guess. Alexandre has had a couple of chances, same with Ronaldinho and Eidur. It's just a beautiful game so far. VAMOS COLORADO CAMPEON! <Ale>

Barcelona have been dominating play but Internacional have managed to launch some good counterattacks. I still think Ronaldinho should have had a penalty, he was clearly fouled.

Internacional's Wellington has done well to push up and nullify some of Giuly's runs.

barca can only blame themselves. inter was the perfect team for barca. they try to keep the ball and play in SLOW tempo and counterattack slow as well.and they didnt pres none of barcas players at all. barca dominated play and created some chances but no clear chances. át least it wasnt like last year where livepool lost despite creating chance after chance. i gues south american teams just knows how to beat europeans.

They did get away with a penalty though, and if it wasn't for their goalie pulling off some good saves we would have won it. I guess it was a bit similar to the Sao Paolo - Liverpool game.

Just like last year the champions league winners lose to a single goal against the run of play then?

Just like last year the champions league winners will be going out in the last 16 at anfield - it's fate. Smile

Of course, it was our to loose.. Internacional didn't really manage to do anything much, and we simply failed to score. We did have plenty of chances to do it..

I think we completely dominated to first half, and the substitutions broke our rythm and therefore didn't manage to continue the style from the first half. The second half was rather boring until the goal, where we played too slow and Internacional just parked the bus..

Ah well.. I guess we will just have to win it next year Wink

i disagree. you didnt have any big chances which should have been easy to create.but you did create alot of half chances. maybe the xavi volley was a 100% chance.it wasnt deserved because inter did very little. and inter didnt park the bus they were just bad defensive. they tried to keep hold of the ball and did it in the start but they were very badly organised. i mean they never presured the barca midfielders at all.
