Messi has been injured for most of this season so you can't compare him to any of them on current form. tho... he already has 6/7 goals so far so if he wasn't injured he would be at about 13 Now

Ronaldo by a mile. Van Persie has more vision, but let's be honest, Ronaldo is simply phenomenal.

They're both immenseley talented and its good to have them playing over here.

I'll be amazed if Ron isn't the best player in the world 2 or 3 years from now so I'll vote for him.

Bastard - was just about to say something similar.

I'll go for Ronaldo too - he's got a stronger weaker foot.

i am an arsenal fan but i have to say ronaldo. i think Man Utd rely on ronaldo alot! i think if he got injured it would not be too dismilar to what is happening at chelski. i did not watch the Wigan game but when i saw the line up i thought wigan might be in eith a shout. Ronaldo comes on and turns the match. Van Persie has scored a lot recently which is great. but he has not played very well. the sky sports MOTM award summed it up for me. RVP got it for his moment of glory. Ronaldo looks dangerous everytime he is on the ball. Robin looks dangerous in front of goal but anywhere else id rarther see ronaldo with it. dont get me wrong. i love van persie, i love to see him being compared with Ronaldo. but 4 me ronaldo>Van Persie.

The GENIUS totally outclassed the RED WIZZ today. Arsenal were dire, before the partly injured came on. But even with a small injury he can lead a team to victory. Ronaldo is a decent player, but nowhere near the class of THE GENIUS!!!

Ronaldo showed more this season/so far. But Van Persie will improve more than he will. Think Van Persie will end up being the better player.

Simple??? That was quite a difficult angle to shoot from. And he had a part in the build up for the second goal as well. Manu were dominating the game before he came on.....All those average midfielders from Arsenal produced nothing then distance shots. Until HE came on.

RVP said just before the world cup that he usually stay behind after training with clichy to train his right foot.

when he played at feyenoord, he had private training sessions with a football skills specialist to work on his kicking technique (which wasn't bad at all). He paid for it himself. The guy who trained him Ricardo Moniz now works at Spuds (used to work for PSV). They get on well, wouldn't be surprised if they still met in secret (they also had to do that when Moniz worked for PSV)

first of all it wasn't as simple as you make it out to be. secondly it's once more prove of RVP coming up with the goods when it's really required.

This is true, but he didn't play well (he didn't have much chance to but this isn't the point).

My mum could have scored that. He touched the ball three times in 20 minutes.
